151 non-smoking rooms, including 37 single rooms and 112 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well.     Far away from worth the price

    Embarrassing to ask this price for these rooms. No comfort, beds are totally done and kill your back. Reception personal not nice at all. All together one of the worst hotel I visited. When I one complained that the beds are bad, I just got a "strange, other guests say different". This is not how you answer guests.

    In green surroundings, with great facilities and staff!

    Quiet rooms, lovely surroundings and great food!I stayed two days for a business event and was surprised by the absolute quiet of the rooms. I was in a business class room on the third floor, very large and with (it seems) recently renovated spacious bathroom. More than enough space for my things and with a large table/desk. Independent aircon in the room but also a window that opened up to the street. The hotel street does get traffic (including a frequent bus directly to Copenhagen central that stops in front of the hotel, very convenient!) but with the window closed it was completely quiet.Breakfast was a large buffet with fruits, yoghurts, eggs etc., and various caterings to gluten- and lactose intolerant colleagues, greatly appreciated. Lunch and dinner the same: several vegetation options and dishes catered to various needs. Dishes with in-season local veggies, very tasty - and delicious choices of wine. Every staff member, both in hotel and conference area, was very service minded, proactive and accommodating when we had requests.Conference rooms opened up to the lovely green surroundings. The hotel is close to a park, great for recreation, walks, runs etc. There is a charming bar area with a fireplace, good for more informal and relaxed evening business events. Lots of parking spaces by the hotel, and a supermarket just down the street. I didn't try the wellness area (sauna etc.).I was very pleasantly surprised by this place and would recommend it to both business and leisure traveler!     Lousy hot stuffy rooms

    Horrible stuffy room with no air conditioner, no fan and window that barely opened. My family was in another room with a/c, fan and window with cool breeze. Yasmin at hotel front desk said no other rooms available and said nothing could be done. When outside is cool, why make inside of room hot and stuffy?     Decent hotel in a suburb of Copenhagen. The location is not convenient without a car.The rooms are OK the beds could be better.
