    Great location in the relatively new district; Carlsberg city. The breakfast is nice and really recommended as an add-on to your stay. The hotel lobby bar serves free wine (4 different wines) between 5-6PM every day. The staff is friendly upon requests, but not as proactive as in most other hotels within a similar standard and status. At least we did not get much information at check-in, e.g. how to access WiFi and they did not say hi or any other smalltalk when we passed by the lobby area. Cleaning is fine, but did miss our room one day even when we met them and asked them to clean our room during the day. So not very helpful.     Stayed at Ottilia over the weekend for attending a wedding. Only 10 minutes walk from the venue (Royal Botanic Garden). The bed was very comfortable, and the room quiet. Shower worked well.Basically everything as expected.Very nice personnel in general.     Already stated that the room could have been better: water temperature hotter, no AC and the room was hot at night, not enough storage in the room for clothing, bed too hard.
