Location

Particularly great for business travellers as well as families, this hotel is ideally located in the heart of Kongens Lyngby. There are a number of shops nearby. Kopenhagen (CPH) Airport is located about 35 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 120 non-smoking rooms, including 6 suites and 73 single rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (no extra charge).     Stayed here for 2 nights during my business trip. The room isnvery basic consisting of 2 single beds. There is no tissue pape and kettle provided in the room. There is also no body lotion in the bathroom. When I checked in I found a ling hair in the bath tub. On the 2nd day the cleaning wasn't done thoroughly and there was hair in the sink. Sound insulation is not good, could hear doors opening closing, footsteps etc.. The single bed consisting of a hard mattress and a mattress topper which wasn't comfortable. Pillow was small and needed 2 of them to get support. For the high rate they charged, its definitely overpriced for what they offer.

    Nicely hotel located in a shopping mall. Free parking in underground parking. Short distance to local train (S-Tog) to central Copenhagen.Normally it is also easy to reach the hotel by car; but currently in the next couple of years (2023) look out for the signs during the construction og the new light train line.     Lovely hotel, bathroom area was a bit grubby and dirty. In the room the outside noise can be quite intrusive, not the best sound insulated rooms as you can hear other room doors closing and peoples footsteps in the corridors.     Access with suitcase could be better signalled when arriving by night so that you don't get dismalled to see the flights of stairs to reception not knowing there is an elevator behind. Attention at the reception desk could not be more welcoming, though!!     Great stay at the hotel on our wedding night

    We booked the hotel for 2 nights at junior suite. It was an amazing stay on our wedding day. Though the hotel is a bit old in the rooms and you can see it in the furniture and walls but thought the stay was still good. Staff were so amazing that even for our wedding we got a bottle of wine and as requested amazing breakfast into our room. Breakfast in the resturant was really good, many choices, you could make your own waffles even. The junior suite had a bedroom and a living room space, in the bathroom there was a shower cabin and a bathtub. I really enjoyed the bathtub the day before our wedding.There is hairdryer, and ironing board, enough towels. Nesspresso coffee machine with capsules, a kettle and instant coffee and tea bags. A mini fridge.I would recommend this hotel. Thank you the staff for our amazing wedding stay. The hotel is in central Lyngby, above the lyngby shopoing center, so if you are missing anything you just take an elevator and you are in the shopping center. Close to lyngby st. Easy to take trains to copenhagen. Lyngby is a quiet town but though they have everything, a shopping mall, cinema, restaurants, very close by Lyngby Lake.
