So many positives if you don't mind the stuffy, warm room

I am staying here right now for six nights. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is wonderful, and the location is so convenient, right beside the Norreport train and Metro stations, and it's walkable to the many sites you want to visit. However, it's early evening and I came up to the rooftop deck to sit in the cool breeze because my room is unbearably stuffy and warm and there is no way to cool it or or even turn on a fan to move the air. I lay awake, sweating, for several hours last night. Unfortunately, this is a deal breaker for me and I would not stay here again. Even a small fan in the room would help. For anyone who does book it, you may want to request a room in the back (unless noise doesn't bother you) because the street noise, music and late partying, are very loud for the lower floors in front.

Centrally located , clean quaint hotel with lovely staff

This hotel is centrally located right next to the metro. It’s clean as a whistle with Lovely staff. The rooms are small but adequate with a comfortable bed.Breakfast has all the usual items you require. They have a lovely bar area with an outdoor area that includes a DJ at night. Had a lovely atmosphere the night we went. I loved this hotel and if ever back in Copenhagen would stay there in a heartbeat.
