    Poor value for your money

    We stayed first weekend of June, where the temperature was early summer approx 20 degrees. Regular rooms have no aircondition (unless you pay huge amounts for superior), unbearable hot during the night with only a small fan that did nothing to lower the temperature. We were told to open the window (first floor) which was not an option due to noise, plus didn’t make it any cooler in the room. Also no fridge in the room (were told to drink lukewarm tap water). Doors were paper thin and lights from the hall came through on all ends + noise from the hall made it impossible to get any sleep. We ended up leaving after one night even though we could not get any refund, and went to a nice hotell with aircondition, soundproof room and fridge. Felt like heaven after staying in this place. We’ll book somewhere else next time. Good luck to those staying here when it’s really hot in the summer. Also breakfast was very simple. All in all, NOT worth the money. Only thing good about this hotell is location.

    Great hospitality made for a memorable Night in Copenhagen!

    Great location. Great atmosphere from the second that we entered. Greeted by a wonderful young man, Victor, who was delightful and very helpful for a couple who has never been to Copenhagen. Great suggestions on where we should go and the best way to get there, Thank You Victor! Our room was spotless and perfectly minimalist in design. After a full day of travel, there's nothing better than a cozy & relaxing shower and the Huxley nailed it!Thank you Victor for your wonderful hospitality, you made our quick stay a memorable visit and we look forward to returning.

    The hotel was very clean, and the staff at reception and in the breakfast area were lovely. They even cook eggs fresh in the morning upon request, which was a nice touch. I also loved the variety of natural juices available at breakfast. The room was small but cozy and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was poor. you could hear even sneezing from the neighboring room, as well as noise coming from outside.

    Hotel Huxley is an excellent choice for a stay in Copenhagen. Its location is perfect—close to all the main tourist attractions, which can easily be reached on foot, and near the Kongens Nytorv metro station, offering a direct connection to the airport.The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are new, spacious, clean, and quiet. The only minor drawback is the bathroom, which is a bit small, though still well designed with several surfaces for storage. The shower is excellent, and the selection of toiletries is good.We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so we cannot comment on that. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money.

    Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I emailed before coming about traveling from the airport and they sent me clear and easy to follow directions. The week of our trip, I emailed requesting early arrival and they not only were able to accommodate us, but were kind, quick, and efficient when we arrived exhausted from our flight. The breakfast was one of the best I have had and the room was exactly like the pictures. It is so close to the city center and excitement but just far enough to be quiet and secluded. It's on a super quiet street and extremely well kept. Absolutely loved this hotel and would stay here again.
