    Great location, but that’s where the positives end.Discovered at reception that I had accidentally made a double booking. My mistake, but the response was astonishingly unhelpful. At one point I was told, “we don’t live in a humane world” a remarkable thing to hear from a hospitality business.The room smelled like something was baking 24/7 and was noisy enough to make sleep a challenge.Mistakes happen. Bad service doesn’t have to. A little empathy and a willingness to help would have gone a long way.

    Location wise it is very good and they provide nice breakfast buffet option. The rooms are pretty small and no basic amenities are provided. Not for two people at all.

    I really enjoyed this trip. The room is small, but very comfortable. The bed also comfortable with topper.

    Handy location for public transport near the River

    Very conveniently located for the Central Station with accessible bedrooms. We had a 4 night stay and the hotel was very quiet at night. We were on 3rd floor at the back of the hotel. There are no kettles in the room but you can request hot water in a cup at Reception. Also there are no irons in the rooms but an ironing room in the basement. It served it's purpose but after a long day travelling with a small bag only using packing cubes I'd have preferred one in the room! The hairdryer is fixed in the bathroom but has 2 speeds.We had breakfast every day as it worked out as £11 each which was good value compared to food prices in a cafe etc. The staff were very helpful and polite but we did find the charge to recieve the wheelchair we'd ordered for my husband unusual. We'd stay there again as its very near the boardwalk for the water and nice flat walks into the centre. There is also a Netto round the corner and a large shopping centre is about a 15 minute walk too. The panoramic view from breakfast on the q0th floor was lovely!

    Everything was fine staff was humble kind and helping location from central station was close river views rooms are amazing
