  Good location and clean hotel

  Check in - Self service device, they only have 1 of these that I have seen. Not the best device. Had to re start the check in few times because the table kept having issues but the staff are unable to check you in.Room - We stayed in the Zoku Room, spacious, clean and a comfy bed. Was a bit off putting that the mattress was stained by what seemed to be a blood stain that could be seen through the sheet. Had a slimline fridge, can online fit a few cans in, TV (local channels only), hairdryer and plenty of storage space.Restaurant- Good choice of food for dinner and good alcoholic and soft drinks choices. Breakfast is a pastry selection, not worth the price.Location - Very good location, it isn’t in the centre but the metro is a few minutes away that can get you to anywhere you need to go and they are very often. We bought the travel pass that covered Bus, train and metro that make travelling a lot easier. Small shop and supermarket a few minute walk in each direction. Bus stop a 5 minute walk away.Staff - Didn’t really have much dealings with them as everything was self check in but the times we did encounter them, they were lovely and helpful.Check out - Check out was smooth, it was on the tablet again. They have storage lockers available in the basement if need be.

  Ok place for young, healthy and fit customers not for older generations

  Decent fairly new place to stay over night with breakfast or prepare your own in the little kitchenette. Two big dissapointments wich tells the interior designer is not customer centric but only sees the looks: the cute little bowls in the kitchen are so small that you would need to prepare your noodles in portions. The text in shampoo bottles are unreadable without reading glasses wich you don’t carry there. Having a loft bed doesn’t work if you have a broken limp though. But I will be back though as the location is convinient to me

  Zoku is located in a fantastic spot with a metro just a short walk away. There are 2 supermarkets in walking distance and overall it’s clean with a good vibe!   Not your typical apartel. It's a lifestyle hub!

  This is our first time staying in a Zoku property and we absolutely loved our experience. For starters, Zoku isn't just your typical apartel or serviced apartment, it is a lifestyle hub. You have your own apartment (i.e. we have the XL Loft) where everything is well-designed from the lighting to the furniture curation. You have a community space where you dine, drink, and attend events (i.e. live music, career workshop, and even Halloween Party). You also have your co-working space where it is accessible 24/7. Even though Zoku isn't in the center of the city, DR Byen station is within 5-min walk, Føtex supermarket is right by the building, and if you have young kids like us, you don't want to miss out on Amager Centret where you can get pretty much everything for your kid (including free indoor play). The few weeks we stayed in Zoku Copenhagen truly made us feel like home. Most importantly, it set the tone for us to kick off our little family's eat-pray-love journey around the world... until we find our next home!   Great Location, Stylish Stay – Some Room for ImprovementWe recently stayed at the Zoku apartment hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — right in the heart of everything, with fantastic metro connections to the city center and beyond. Whether you’re exploring local neighborhoods or heading across town, getting around is quick and easy.The apartment itself was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with a modern, comfortable feel. However, we did find a couple of small issues: there weren’t quite enough pillows for our liking, and additional power outlets would’ve made things a bit more convenient. Also, the kettle in our apartment leaked, which made boiling water a bit of a hassle — hopefully something that gets updated soon.We also booked the movie room, which we were really looking forward to. Unfortunately, both of our phones had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, and the films we tried to stream kept buffering and stopping. Since the movie feature is the main appeal of the room, this was a bit of a letdown.Overall, Zoku is a great choice for its location, style, and cleanliness, but a few tweaks — especially around tech and amenities — would really elevate the experience.
