I like the entertainment group I like Nelly Rosie I can you know what’s so funny And it was a beautiful experience and I think it was a wonderful wonderful place. I recommended to all my canadian friends and if they if ever they come on up to Canada, give them the best service in my Superstore give them the best milk eggs whenever they need and give them all the good stuff. OK dangerous that you need to see me.

We stayed at Blue Bay villas from march 27 - April 3rd. We had villa 22 and we were happy with the room and location. Rooms could use some updates but not in the room much and we had lots of hot water and no other issues . The grounds are beautiful as is the beach. The food was really pretty good. It’s a small resort but loved every minute of it the staff were always smiling and very friendly. We would return.

Food poisoning and horrible guest service

Not a very bad resort. Not 4**** any way we look at it. Beautiful beach but very few usable chairs and one must wake up around 4-5 am to find not broken chairs. one has to stay your towels from that point on. Dated rooms but usable. Passable buffet but watch out for restaurants. Both me and my wife got intoxication after going to the Italian restaurant. She with chicken and I with fish. My stomach trouble is still going on more than a week after we return. I try to find some answers from the Guest service and the management but there was no support. Juliana is the head of the Guest Services. She is unfriendly, always seeming angry and without any concept of guest support. After insistences (I was trying to find out why it happened and how to avoid this happening again) she and two others were using the excuse that nobody else reported a problem. They understood that you need just one piece of fish to be "infected" but they played this "song" continuously waiting for me to return home. I heard some people (in the plane back) talking about food poisoning but I did not ask for details. Be careful! I will absolutely not return.

I have to say this is one of the best resorts I've been to in a long time. Nothing but great staff. The entertainment was spot on. Nelly is amazing and gets you involved in the entertainment along with the other entertainment staff.Can't wait for the next time

I had a great time here, the entertainment was great, the people were great and better yet the staff did everything they needed to do and more. Most notably Nelly did a great job bringing fun and laughs for everyone here. The rooms were cleaned very well and with the price we payed, it was so worth it.
