  Wow! Since I shared that I was going to The Tropical everyone I know told me how great everything was when they were there, the reality since the moment I arrived won my high expectations. Got dinner reservation, a great apartment @ Royal suite plus everything I said literally ALL the staff treats you like your friend or as if you’ve been meeting since years, def a dream. Most important thing to shout out José at the front desk, an excellent guy, keep up the great work!

  Had the best vacation!!!! Felix at the presidential suites is amazing. So helpful and so much fun !!! He has a great personality!!!

  We stayed at the Presidential Suites and had a marvelous time! It is a lot of walking and hills, but we had bell boy Felix Sanchez who picked us up and took us anywhere on the property we needed to go. He was the most friendly and helpful person! He was also so cute and fun with our grandkids - they loved rides with Felix!

  One of the greatest the decisions my friends and I made was coming to this resort. Since we arrived and José welcomed us everything started to feel like a dream. We got great and near rooms for our stay, already planning to come back for more!   This location was amazing from the time we checked in to check out. Everyone was so welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this location. Shout out to Ashley and Martinez.
