  Lovely hotel, great accommodations, Breakfast and lunch very good. Only downside no restaurants for dinner on site, but a short shuttle ride to buffet restaurant.   A week in paradise!

  The resort was beautiful and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed the all-inclusive aspect as we could eat and drink to our hearts' content. We loved the variety of restaurants available and loved lounging by the pool all day. We took one excursion and that was a lot of fun. Every time we needed something, a person would help us. We would definitely go back!   Pretty Good Resort, Nice area by the beach to suntan, and most restaurant staff is great!

  Stayed in Presidential Suites, which was nice except for the broken AC in our room for the entirety of our trip. It was bearable and halfway through our stay, they offered to move us to another room but we declined because we didn’t want to pack/unpack again. As mentioned in other communications, an unexpected mechanical failure affecting part of the system occurred due to a pump malfunction. Unfortunately, situations of this nature can arise without prior warning, and restoration depends on technical replacement and servicing.We appreciate your understanding when the option to relocate was offered, even though we understand that moving rooms mid-stay can be inconvenient. Our intention is always to provide immediate alternatives whenever possible to minimize guest discomfort.Thank you again for your comments.
