  First let's me start by saying this is a really nice spot, very clean, good food, good staff. Where they lack, not enough umbrellas at the pool, no lobby bar and if you don't read the fine print no balcony and very small rooms. Very crowded beach the chairs are almost one on top of each other, pool bar was great, very convenient also the bathroom at the beach bar very clean and never ran out of tp. All in all I would recommend if you don't have any issues with what i though was lacking.

  I would like to comment on Stephanie's behavior, who without asking her opinion or not even was dealing with him barged in my conversation with the very respectful and polite Jhoeney. We lived a very stressful day having a delay with TS890 and her being rude for no reason. It was a very unpleasant experience. She had no right to give her opinion when she is not asked. Plus all the other issues, water innondation in my room. But Sophia Reception Supervisor was AMAZING.   Excellent resort! The staff are very friendly. Smaller resort with great food and variety. Ocean and pool are perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.   Small resort but that is a good thing. Food was decent and drinks were cold. The entertainment staff did a good job keeping the environment fun. The beach , although a bit of a walk from the main resort, was the best part of this place.
