    Ahora se llama “Punta Cana Beach Pool Bávaro 1” They Change the Name now!!!Be careful, ist a total Scam Not worth it.Everything needs Reformation!!So Dirty, the only good ist 2 minutes Walk to a nice beach.They didn’t gave me a Solution for a normal clean Room, no CEO nearby, staff is unfriendly and Not prepared to difficulties.

    By far the worst place I have EVER stayed!! I have stayed in hostel around the world in several third world countries and this is the biggest *&#@ hole by far. Dirty, no view, band places on 1st floor till late, late at night. No soap, shampoo, hairdryer, or blanket. When I asked for a blanket from the housekeeper (who only cleans turnovers) She flat out said no! The team in the office were rude, uncaring and indifferent.Do Not Stay Here.....

    Be careful booking this hotel. I booked it and cancelled well ahead of the cancellation date. They would not refund my $128 deposit. Told me if I wanted my deposit back I had to dispute with my visa provider. That isn’t the terms under which I booked but that’s what Fernanda Perez told me. No bueno.

    Nothing was good. I couldn’t check in because the reception was closed, and my family and I were left outside.The next day, we went to the reception when it was already open, and they told us that we had to pay in advance, but nobody told us that, i had booked through Booking.com with payment at the property.This is a scam — do not go to this place.When we got out of the taxi, we immediately realized it was a bad place. There were several prostitutes at the hotel entrance and men selling drugs.Thank God the reception was closed and we had to go to another hotel.This accommodation is a scam, and I find it unbelievable that Booking.com is involved in this.

    The worst place we have ever stayed in. Room was awful, used towels as covers as the bed sheets were paper thin, water faucet in bathroom was not secured correctly, no WiFi code, unresponsive via WhatsApp, just general disrepair Will never stay here again.
