Location

This hotel this located at Bávaro beach, on the east coast of the Dominican Republic, surrounded by lush vibrant vegetation and beautiful palms, sparkling waters and white sand. The shopping centre Palma Real Shopping Village is just a few minutes away. The hotel is just 25 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2022. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 2 lifts. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests can buy souvenirs at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a projector.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television with cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a whirlpool bath. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball and golf are available. With kayaking and aquafit available, the complex also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and yoga. A spa, beauty salon and massage treatments are available in the wellness area. At the hotel offers excellent facilities for leisure and relaxation, including a kids' club, live music and a casino.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. Special meals, including vegan food, are also available.

    Raphy, Andres and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcomed and helped us out a lot. They helped us during the arrival and departure a lot and also for our gender reveal Raphy worked very hard to get our requests accomodated and Andres helped us find the perfect spot to do the gender reveal and the rest of the staff was so happy for us and I loved how they joined in for our experience!     Elegant, relaxing, gorgeous Resort!

    I’ve visited a few all-inclusive resorts, and this one is absolutely the best thus far. The restaurant options were impressive, the buffet was always clean, well-presented and offered tons of options. The rooms were cleaned daily, the staff was welcoming and attentive, the tennis/pickleball center was well-designed and included a gym to warm up, refreshments, pro shop and very nice, newly painted courts. The coffee shop offered lattes that hit the spot every morning. The overall layout of the entire resort offered tons of privacy, relaxing spaces and just an overall elegant vibe. If you’re looking for an above average all-inclusive resort, with more than just a good buffet, this is the destination.     The look and feel of the rooms was nice and the hotel looks immaculate and has great atmosphere of relaxation. Lots of the staff is extremely helpful and thoughtful. There are not enough bars, and in particular not enough bartenders to sufficiently serve drinks particularly at the pool area. The food is not good, flat out, room service is inedible and often the descriptions are completely off base for what you expect. I would recommend this place If you are not very big drinkers, and for extremely fit people it would be a good idea the fitness classes and wellness areas in general are quite nice not ample but nice, the daily activities are also great for couples, But if you care about quality food, and consistency this is not the place I would go.
