Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    My family and I took this trip to celebrate graduation/promotion and our wedding anniversary. (20 year old son, 16 year old daughter) We upgraded to Diamond Club and would recommend this upgrade to everyone!!Our designated butler, Roy, was the best!! He sent us the daily activities, checked in on us, scheduled all of our meal reservations and decorated our room for our anniversary!! He helped make a memorable vacation even more amazing!!I'm already planning our next trip!!

    Went on a family vacation for 7 days/6 nights. Updated to Diamond Club at check in. The resort was great, plenty of food (just avoid room service…way too long). Our butler, Roy was top notch! Scheduled all of our meals, found us floaties for the pool, and sent us a resort schedule every day. We will definitely be back!

    the location was beautiful. everyone was super welcoming and all the workers were respectful. our butler, Roy, did a fantastic job and created an amazing atmosphere for us to have a vacation. the rooms were beautiful and very clean and taken care of. you could tell everyone was having fun outside but it was quiet enough inside for everyone to rest peacefully.

    The trip was amazing, everything about the resort was perfect, Roy our butler was amazing and helped us book all of our dinners, gave us the list of activities that were going on that day and he was overall amazing

    3.0 overall. 2.0 food and service. We went for 5 nights 6 days. Stayed at their swim up pool room as a Diamond member with butler. The experience, for the price is disappointing. The only good thing about the whole trip was the swim up pool and the cleanliness of the resort. The butler service was poor, I barely saw him. He did respond when i requested something. On our last night, requested a reservation for a restaurant, once we arrived, there was no reservation. We had to wait for an available spot. The day of our departure, he didn't show. He texted me when I was at the airport. Not worth the extra charge. The Diamond status provided separate seating at the beach and pool, but there was plenty of beach chairs for non Diamond members . The beach was full of seaweed. So you were not able to go into the water. The pool for non Diamond members was more crowded, but that was the only place the entertainment took place. All the pool spaces were very cleaned. Now, the food and service was horrible. The staff seemed overworked and tired. It was hard to find someone with a positive attitude. Also, the worst part is the food. We went to 5 separate restaurants, the only one we enjoyed was the hibachi food. The steak house only steak option was a NY steak, it was so tough, it was hard to cut it, we ordered it over medium. The food at the Italian restaurant tasted like it came from a jar. Service horrible. The sushi restaurant, rice was undercooked and the salmon was warm and it didn't taste right, we left about 15 minutes after arriving, I didn't want to get sick with warm seafood. Service horrible. The Brazilian restaurant had better options, but you were rushed and ofcourse, with a side of attitude. The food at the Diamond lounge and restaurant by the beach were cold. I had to keep requesting fresh food. The main dinning area was a hit and miss. Too many people using their hands to grab food. We only ate what was cooked in front of us. The best food was the food truck. Overall, this is a 3.0 overall, 2.0 for food and service.
