Facility

310 rooms are available. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, crazy golf and archery. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing and banana boat rides. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts, aerobics and table football or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. The resort offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a sauna and, for an additional fee, a spa, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. Additional leisure activities include a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the delicious buffet or order a set menu for dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The service was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and everyone was very friendly and attentive. I especially enjoyed the entertainment team — they create such a fun and positive atmosphere every day.I would also like to give special thanks to Nina, who was incredibly helpful, professional, responsive, and kind throughout my stay. She assisted with different questions and made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. She is truly a wonderful employee.The food was also delicious, with a lot of variety and many great options.The only small downside was the seaweed in the ocean during this season. However, I really appreciate that the hotel staff cleans the beach and shoreline every morning, and they work very hard to keep the area clean and comfortable for guests.Overall, I had a lovely and relaxing vacation. Thank you very much!Realmente disfruté mucho mi estancia en el resort. El servicio fue excelente, el personal maravilloso, y todos fueron muy amables y atentos.     I would give 5 stars if not for the entertainment

    The resort is the perfect size. It is walkable unless you prefer their golf cart transport. Along the short walk, you see birds, ducks, turtles, iguanas. Once you get to the housing and pool area there is another pond with more birds and ducks as well as 2 flamingos. Peacocks all around too.3 pools, plenty of space. I preferred the one with the outdoor bar. The main pool had a swim up bar but was more of a party area. The bar I liked had food in the afternoon and an upper deck. Lobby bar and sports bar have more drink options. Check out the ice cream shop and coffee shop.Food options: the buffet, the sports bar (after 1), the pool bar (1130-5), and you could make dinner reservations at 5+ restaurants. I chose tex mex, Brazilian, and Dominican. Brazilian was my favorite...done as a fogo style. Dinners have any drink you want plus appetizers and desserts. The buffet had theme nights as well...Plenty of options. Resort food and buffet food is what it is. You shouldn't expect high end, but what you get is very respectable.Entertainment that was good: sports bar, arcade, bowling, pool/beach games, mini golf, sports courts, kids clubBut why did I drop the one star? The nightly stage entertainment was bad. They would get booed off of a show like America's got talent. Dancing was uninteresting and unsynchronized . Michael Jackson night was lip syncing with bad dancing. Magic show was tired prop magic that would bore anyone who knows magic, then there was talent show where audience members did karaoke. Not funny or amusing, just bad. They were best for pre-show audience participation skits which were amusing. But they really need to improve stage shows.The beach is nice although choppy since it is the Atlantic. Sargassum is on the shore every morning this time of year. Lots of beach chairs. I actually never had a problem finding a chair anywhere. I think it is becoming off peak time.Thr room was nice. Comfortable bed, large shower, a little patio.I would definitely recommend this resort and if I returned to DR, I would go here again. It's price was very reasonable with all the options and the quality.     My children got hand, foot, and mouth disease from I believe the kids club.
