  had a terrible experience at that hotel. We were paying $500 per couple per night, and they kept kicking us out of different areas saying they were for VIP guests. It doesn’t make sense because the hotel only has one bar and three restaurants, and one of them was closed. The drinks were very low quality—brands nobody even recognizes—and they didn’t even have national beverages. There were only two or three low-quality bars, and even those required VIP reservations, including the beach bar.

  There is a story about a nice couple who stayed at this resort and had a very poor experience after complaining about a loud and obnoxious guest. They complained to the front desk several times regarding this guest and to thier amazement they were asked to leave after returning from an excursion. This is well documented and they have proof of the whole situation. I for one will nevr stay at this resort.

  We had an amazing stay at your resort. Everything was great, many restaurants to choose from... great food. The room....the beds are very comfortable and the pillows and mattresseses and bed linens are very clean. the internet connection works throughout the entire resort. The whole resort is very well maintained inside and outside. The beach was great also. We have No complaints. We will be returning to you hotel in the future.

  Overall our experience at this resort was great! We would definitely recommend it to anyone. The beach, the pools, the staff, the room- everything was good . Couple things that we would want to improve: the à la carte restaurants are not great, you have to wait for your food for a long time, the buffet is much better. The music on the main pool and the beach when the entertainment is there is too loud to our liking , the actual evening entertainment is not great- there are no shows . The one time there was saxophone and karaoke the other night, which we didn’t go to. We want to say thank you to Nidia- her drinks, especially pina colada were amazing!! We loved hanging out by the small pool. We would definitely go back!
