  Amazing service, all staff very professiinal, curteous. Good clean, rooms almost new. Great restaurant overlooking Santiago.   Recently spent 5 nights here with my mom while taking care of a few things in Santiago. We’ve stayed at this property before, and every time, it’s clear that this is a well-run and consistently great hotel.The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main street where you’ll find banks, stores, shops, and restaurants. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Huge shoutout to bellmen Juan and José, who are always ready with a warm smile and helpful directions. Their friendliness made us feel right at home.Breakfast is simple but satisfying—I always asked for fried eggs. If you’re up for exploring a bit, there’s a lady around the corner by the post office who serves the best tea and coffee for under 25 cents USD!Don’t miss the café/restaurant just to the right as you exit the hotel lobby—it offers delicious, authentic Dominican food at very reasonable prices.   Don’t even bother to look at this hotel.Dirty, smelly, crazy old and the noise was insane. Do yourself a favor and stay away.   EVERYTHING THAT WAS PROMISED WAS RECIEVED THE STAFF ACTUALLY WENT OUT OUT THEIR WAY IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE AND HAPPY . THE FOOD AND BEVERAGES WAS AWESOME . MY NEXT TRIP WHICH IS WITH FRIENDS WILL BE CELEBRATED IN THAT VERY LOCATION. THE HOTEL WAS SPOTLESS AND CLEAN EVERYONE FROM THE PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT TO THE RETURN TRIP WAS AWESOME .
