    Feeling at home

    rating02 Apr 2026

First of all the exterior and interior of the hotel are immaculate. The outside area is artfully landscaped and the interior nicely furnished and very clean. Our large room felt comfortable and we had a nice view of the pool – only the window was dirty from the outside. There are daybeds and lounges around the pool and the outside patio invites to sit in the shade under climbing green. The breakfast offers a good choice and the dinners we took in the restaurant were very good. The biggest asset are the staff members. Each and everyone is friendly, helpful and polite. They were a pleasure to approach because their service always came with a smile. The location doesn't allow venturing out. One needs a car getting into the city but getting to the airport is easy with the complimentary shuttle of the hotel. We really liked this hotel and definitely recommend it. Gestor de Experiencia, Guest Services / Front Office at Hodelpa Garden Court, responded to this review Dear guest, Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that you found our hotel immaculate, both inside and out, and that you enjoyed the comfort of your room along with the pleasant view of the pool. It is gratifying to know that our breakfast and dinner offerings met your expectations. Most importantly, we appreciate your kind words about our staff, as their friendliness and helpfulness are indeed our greatest assets. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another enjoyable stay. Thank you for your recommendation.

Beautiful modern hotel - just don’t try to get in touch with anyone there

    rating26 Jan 2026

Top notch hotel 5 minutes from the airport. The only problem we had was trying to actually get in touch with a person there to ask about a shuttle from the airport. I called, WhatsApped, emailed, chatted, etc. and never got a hold of anyone — only got auto replies. Fortunately Santiago has Uber so everything turned out fine. Your comments about the communication exprience have been noted, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you faced in reaching out o us. We strive to provide excellent service, and your insights will help us improve our response tmes. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience. Thank you once again or choosing us.
