    Great spot with wonderful facilities. I found the customer service impeccable, and the breakfast on offer is yummy.All staff were very helpful and went beyond that of a customer service person. The rooms are clean and adequate I'm very fussy about my accommodation but pleased with this hotel.

    I am presently in Santo Domingo on business and have been staying at the Hotel Aladino since Sunday the 21 March 2021.     This is not the biggest hotel, meaning there are only 4 floors and because of its size, they are more personal. The host remember your name. Cadido and the second shift receptionist always knew my name and had a smile waiting for me. I have stayed at other locations (on Maximo Gomez/Feb 27) there is so much going in and out, waiting for your elevator can be an adventure. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. Breakfast is free. The negatives. There seems to be only 2 parking spaces on the property. So if you drive, that is first come first serve. Because I was in and out and spent most of my time I was taking care of outside busines.     Highly recommended - but skip the breakfast!

    The hotel is comfortable and nicely decorated, clean, in an excellent central location, with good parking facilities and efficient and friendly staff. Good value for money too. The only disappointment was the breakfast: bread - poor quality, juice - oversweetened and not natural, cooked options - greasy and unappetising. No healthy options apart from the fruit, which was all we could stomach. I would still stay there again but would skip the breakfast option and go to one of the cafes in the surrounding area.     I will like to express my gratitude for the outstanding service and excellent environment that the Hotel Aladino offered to their guess. I spent 7 days at their property and there were never a complaint. On the other hand, staff always go an extra mile to make you feel like what a 5 start hotel does. In addition, to the excellent food at all times, cleanliness of the rooms day by day, friendly staff, safe environment, and excellent overall management.I will certainly recommend that hotel to guarantee the well-being y any activity that brought you to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
