Stay away from this place. The guys at reception are not to be trusted. I saw them try to overcharge a foreigner who was enquiring about a room. They were making lewd comments about Haitians in general. It has a great location. But just walk a block or 2 and you will find better options.

Dirt, roaches and terrible

I made a reservation through T-Mobile travel for a price I knew was for a room and nothing else. Yesterday, when I arrived, they notified me thatn the individual rooms were filled and they assigned me a double room and today they could move me to an individual today.The first room was ok, even with the roaches I found in the bathroom, but when I returned tonight I found a room.in a terrible condition, dirt floor and the shower handler is gone. I just made the complaint and the answer was the hotel is full and if I want to retire, it's not their problem, since I made.the payment thru T-mobile and Expedia website.

Negatives: Toilet blocked. Sink blocked. Wifi intermittent and often not working at all. Holes in the sheets. Sheets with lots of hair from the previous guest. Paying extra for the “matrimonial” room (which is an upgrade from an average sized shoe box to a small closet). Getting woken at 8am by the cleaner having her breakfast outside my room whilst listening to loud music!Positives: Nothing. Don’t be fooled by these fancy photos. This place is just awful. Seriously! Stay here if you are desperate (and I do mean desperate!). If you want unhelpful staff who don’t mind ripping you off and also have no concern for any of the issues you may have, then by all means come here! If you are interested in criminals and street hookers that frequent outside the front door then this is the place for you! (Btw I have been living in this country for 2 years).

went recent n amount charged was incorrect disputed amount n told i was incorrect. showed the correct calculations but got no satistisfactionamount was small but wasted some of little time i had in sd n got no satisfaction not even appologysad hotel has great lication n decent quality for price

The Manager of the hotel changed the guest policy after I checked into the hotel. Then the Manager tried to accommodate me and acted like he was doing me a favor which he did not. Also this hotel is infested with roaches all over and they will not address this issue. Please avoid this place at all costs.
