    Absolutely the worst! It is in a horrendous part of time where YOU WILL BE IN DANGER! I booked online and received confirmation of my booking. I was told to write an email to confirm my booking which I did. When I showed up at 9:30 at night I was told NO ROOMS AVAILABLE and left on the side of the road with my luggage in a horrible part of town. Whatever you do DO NOT STAY HERE!

    This hotel has a horrible guest service with booking.com clients. I have been there several times (and always liked it) and have noticed they had problems with booking.com clients before, but never understood exactly what happened until yesterday, when it happened to me!!! They do not check their booking.com reservations. So when you book with booking.com and you get there "too late". They might be fully booked. No matter what time it is, afternoon or evening - if they can sell the room before you get there, they will do it - no matter you have a booking or not. Don't recommend to book this hotel through a platform as you might will end up without a room!! They did not even inform me through WhatsApp or call me, or send me a message through a platform. They have done this with many clients. Its totally ridiculous.

    Nice clean room. Big! Little fridge. About a 10 min walk to colonial district but an inter walk. Staff were very nice. I would recommend. Little grocery store across the street. Wifi worked well d Ed Ben in my room. I think there is a restaurant but I didn’t go to it.

    Quiet nice and central for the price. Small rooms but clean and within walking distance to the old city. Reception are OK. Air conditioned rooms with balcony for some. Decent Breakfast. The area may look shady after midnight but not dangerous.

    Hot, extremely noisy, no elevator, dirty, poor illumination, many malfunctions and old furniture

    1. They do not have an elevator, but they have more than 4 floors. Be aware that you would have to carry your luggage upstair and downstair (You will not make it unless you are a body builder, your luggage is light or if you dont take any rest) through stairs very narrow, poor illuminated, hot (No A/C) and uncomfortable with deformed rungs, so that you can trip easily and hurt yourself seriously. Be careful these stairs are like those you can find in a XVI century dungeon.2. People and cars in the surroundings will not allow to you to sleep at all. It is like to try to sleep while a Rock concert is taking place.3. The place is very hot, and some rooms do not have A/C, mine had one but the room was hot anyways.4. The room was dirty with old and broken furniture.5. The headshower did not work, the bathroom was tiny, unsafe and I did not have water for over 2 hours. Once I had water in the faucet the water was dirty for a couple of minutes.6. Room did not have any lamp or illumination but only in the bathroom and windows were stuck.
