    I recommend this hotel especially if you are traveling with children, it's clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful, breakfast is always on time, the fruits served at breakfast are fresh, and very quiet, no noise, really a big thank you to the staff, especially Christopher always attentive and Elias the bartender the people here are kind and respectful.     This was the worst hotel I have stayed in my whole years of travelling,the receptionist speaks only Spanish,I have booked and paid for there so called premium room but they gave me a single room,after 2hours of argument they managed to put me in a double room,the Aircondition in the rooms and reception are not working,so be prepared to sweat.mosquitoes will deal with you,toilets broken,dirty duvet,they was no towel in my room,there breakfast was bad.i have no single positive thing to say about this hotel…it has no management.     Don’t go there is you are looking for a quit place !!Me ans my friend were there this week and couldn’t sleep.Groups of Dominican are partying all night long with loud music and screaming ladies. Rooms on the ground floor are actually “caves”. No light at all. Never accept a room on this floor!!! Pictures of the other are fake; the pool is the size of a bathtub.Don’t use the ATM; it’s a scam. If you complain about the noise, they do nothing. Avoir this place at any cost !!!! I travel a lot for work. Never saw such an horrible place in SD.
