    The hotel has a very convenient location but there are some cleanliness and infrastructure issues, the room smells moldy, the floor was dirty the outlets broken , tv old dust everywhere . 🫠

    I want my money back! This place is horrible! Can't believe I booked 5 nights! Horrible view! Strong smell of mold/mildew! Fridge not working! TV not working! AC filter vents dirty! Safe box not working! Door latch broken! Bathroom has mold and not enough towels! No hot water! Stove not working!

    The hotel is as basic as it gets. The rooms are ok, if you're staying for a night or two. The location is really good, but that's all. The towels were old and threadbare. The shower was dripping water the whole night.The breakfast area was pretty basic, and there was a "beverages buffet" but you had to order your breakfast choice, which is not bad. The problem was the quality of said breakfast. My son and I ordered the Continental breakfast which consisted of 2 stale mini croissants, plain yogurt and fruit. My husband ordered the American Breakfast and it was fine. About the service, front desk was really nice and cheerfull, but the ladies from the breakfast area were very negligent. Also, no matter if you are 4 people in a room, you get 2 towels. If you want more you need to call housekeeping. And, there's a casino and a club in the location, which represents an issue with parking spaces since there're not enough.

    Avoid. Stayed here a few times during the week and it was good. Made the mistake of staying on a weekend. Who puts a disco on a rooftop of a hotel???? If that noise wasn’t bad enough the people coming and going honking at each other and playing loud music and yelling at each other. Good thing the disco closes at 6:00AM, should be peaceful after that.

    It is deeply troubling to witness or hear about situations where racism infiltrates something as fundamental as security protocols. Security personnel are tasked with the critical responsibility of safeguarding everyone, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or nationality. However, when they exhibit discriminatory behavior, such as allowing only certain groups of people—specifically Dominicans—into a venue while excluding others, it becomes an unmistakable and egregious display of racism.This type of biased practice is not just a violation of basic human rights but also a stark reminder of the pervasive nature of racial prejudice.
