A great stay with great staff

    rating02 Oct 2026

This place is like a second home to me.Starting with Mr Ahmed ghoneim at the FD i discovered he is the main reason i love this place and any time I check in with him it’s a delight. He is a statement for hospitality and the best presentation of Hilton.he was the reason I started coming more to this hotelCouple of times i checked in with Miramar she is also great and always cheerful and happy.I tried tons of rooms at the hotel but the coziness of the old executive rooms with balcony will always be my favorite.Salma at the executive lounge is an asset to this place. She makes the stay more valuable. Today i said casually that it’s my Mom’s birthday and she brought her a cake and the staff and had a small birthday party! I love how she always remembers my preferences and always welcoming me and everyone elseI think the main strength of the hotel apart from his location is his people and the friendliness of the staff??
