Located just east of Mersa Matruh on the northern coast, this hotel combines breathtaking views with a safe, secluded and tranquil bay. It is just minutes from Mersa Matruh International Airport.

The resort has 263 rooms and 11 suites, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Various dining options are available, including 6 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch is served as a set menu, and guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu for dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.

Throughout the entire resort, you could really see that cleanliness is a priority – the rooms and common areas were always spotless and regularly cleaned.A huge thank you also goes to the entire staff, who were excellent, kind and helpful throughout our stay.     This is our first visit to Marsa Matrouh and the Jaz hotel Crystal elite was really a good choice. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept by the room service. The sea and the environment is pictureous. the staff is extremely helpful. Poolbar and the dining room are the places to have a rest, enjoy the meals and also have a smile and a joyful talk with the guys showing the interest in providing the perfect service. Walid, Mohamad, Islam, Temosawos, all of these names will remind us to a really nice stay here. Today I have used also the help of the clinic - the doctor and his help have fast and professionally solved my problem. We truly can recommend the stay here in Jaz complex. We have decided to return to Jaz Crystal the next year - stay the same boys ??
