The original room had a terrible smell coming from the toilet vent, but they quickly handled the situation by upgrading me to a VIP room. I’m very grateful for their efficiency and professionalism!"   We are currently staying at Cross Vibe Hotel and have had a very positive experience so far. The service has been excellent, especially from Fluke,who has gone above and beyond to assist us. We arrived around six hours before check-in, and the team kindly did their best to accommodate us, which we really appreciated.The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Facilities and service overall have been great up to this point, with friendly and helpful staff throughout.
