  I really enjoyed the stay, especially the comfort of the beds and rooms! A special thanks to Said in reception for the lovely welcome and beautiful sea view from our room :) the food is amazing! Everyone is very nice and a special thanks to chef Ahmed at the restaurant for always offering the best recommendations and for the special treatment!   Fantastic, everything was good, the welcome at the reception was amazing and the receptionists were very helpful and presentable and we checked in early and the whole staff were smilling and friendly, the food were very tasty and fresh and many varities and very good quality, the room service were very respectful and organised, the beach guy was friendly and helpful so much.   Spent 2 weeks in this hotel. It was very nice. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were excellent. Hotel was in a perfect location so that I could visit my friend who lives in Alexandria. Have stayed in many hotels across the world and I do say that this rates among the best. Plan on going back there in about 6 months. If you go to Alexandreia, Egypt then this is the hotel that you must stay in. It also has a private beach.   Staff was amazing! Always helpful! Our room staff was wonderful! We had a beautiful balcony room. Large breakfast buffet at the hotel. The staff at the bar went above and beyond for us, especially Mr/M. Yousshry. We ordered a bottle of wine and vodka/red-bulls and he put everything in a nice bucket of ice to enjoy on our beautiful balcony.
