Location

This hotel enjoys an idyllic location on a green 10-hectare Nile island, on the western bank of the River Nile in Aswan. The transfer time to Luxor airport takes around 4 hours.

Facility

The property includes 2 villas/houses as well as 450 rooms, including 8 junior suites, 2 suites, 38 single rooms and 400 double rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Guests can store valuables in the safe. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy volleyball and crazy golf. For a fee, tennis is also available. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and squash. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include 4 restaurants, a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. At breakfast and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We have been to Egypt many times but this time has been made incredibly special because of this hotel. All the staff are fantastic but we really need to give a special thanks to Christeen (guest relations) she has given an unprecedented personal touch (zero complaints to prompt it) gave us complementary fruit and cookies to our room and even suggested we change room half way through so we could see the sun set from our balcony. Really cant recommend this hotel highly enough. Rooms are spotless, food is fantastic and all the staff are exceptional.     I’ve stayed here with my family and kids, and it was the right choice, excellent location, huge gardens and children’s playgrounds, very nice breakfast, stuff are very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and doing their best to fulfil all of our needs, check in was fast, booking through the hotel was the cheapest and best way although I found it difficult to get there phone number, Restaurant stuff and Billman were the most friendly, Ereny the guest relations was always helpful and very kind to our kids and always asking if we need anything.Thank you very much for making our holiday one of the best and we will surly be coming back very soon.
