    Should be one star hotel!Absolutely Terrible Stay – Never AgainI had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My room was completely unacceptable from the moment I walked in. The pillow smelled awful, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and several pieces of the furniture were broken.Floor was very dirty! On top of that, they were doing remodeling on the same floor, so there was constant noise and a strong smell of chemicals drifting into the hallway and my room. It was impossible to relax or even breathe comfortably.I complained to the front desk multiple times, practically every hour, and nothing changed. They simply didn’t care and made no effort to help or offer any kind of solution.For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and respect for guests’ rest. Instead, I got a sleepless, miserable experience with staff who couldn’t be bothered. Please check the room before you reserve!!!

    Trying to be something it NOT! It’s a hostel at hotel prices.

    This is NOT a 4 star hotel - adequate but terrible value for money, friendly staff but obviously useless management/ownership1. Claims to have a safe - it has no power source so cannot be used - useless anyway as not tethered to anything2. Claims to have fridge/minibar - useless as no power supply when room is not in use and reception not permitted to provide 2 room keys3. Amenities - used the single coffee sachet first night - by the time left on 5th day still hadn’t received another4. Haphazard distribution of water, toiletries and towels - you don’t get anything unless you ask5. Claim to have in room phones - but they are not connected so a trip is required to reception is required for every request or problem ( and it will be a frequent 6. BEWARE booking.com prices are listed as including all taxes and service charges - when you arrive you will not be allowed access to your room until you pay an additional 18% charge7. BEWARE if travelling for business- manager does not allow reception to issue receipts ( even if when you have paid in full on arrival) they either don’t trust their staff or are pulling a tax scam
