Location

This hotel is located in the affluent district of Heliopolis, about 10 km to the east of Cairo city centre. The hotel lies on a main road between the airport and city centre, and is therefore well connected with the transport network. The airport is roughly a 10-minute drive away. A diverse selection of bars, restaurants, shops, fascinating museums, and the International Conference Centre are all to be found in the near vicinity, while the famous pyramids at Giza and Cheops are about a 45-minute drive away.

We used to stay in every visit to Egypt since 1990, it's like our home and family, friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms, real smile everywhere you go.Great room service, at the restaurant Metre William and his friendly staff you can eat very tasty stuff by Chef Maher and Chef Tarek,Hotel Beirut in very good location, free parking, I encourage anyone to come and stay in here ❤️

Review for Beirut Hotel – Heliopolis, CairoOn the night of August 13th turning into 14th, at 2:00 AM, I arrived at Beirut Hotel in Heliopolis after a long-haul flight, hoping to find a room. A gentleman in front of me was being checked in for the very last room, which I fully respected.I politely asked the receptionist to confirm if there were any other options. He said no, which I accepted. I then requested something simple: to sit in the reception for five minutes with my bag so I could look on Booking.com and secure another hotel.To my surprise, his response was not only a refusal but bluntly rude. He insisted I leave immediately, offering no courtesy, no empathy, and no basic hospitality — even though it was the middle of the night, and I was standing there exhausted with luggage after an international flight.I have stayed in Beirut Hotel before and considered them decent establishment, but this incident shattered that image completely. The staff member on duty displayed an attitude that was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and downright hostile.A hotel that denies a traveler five minutes in its reception at 2 AM — after turning them away without a room — is not a hotel that understands hospitality.Date of experience: Night of August 13th–14th, 2025.

Short stay with my husband. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. The room is very simple but its comfortable. The breakfast is very simple more continental breakfast. Hotel is keeped clean and tidy. If you want to go out and eat something all the restaurants are very close by and I would recommend the place if you want to stay for a short visit.

A very strategically located hotel for low cost traveler. Hotel staff friendly, however the restaurant not well serviced. Breakfast choice not very wide. Could do well with extra lighting. Were allocated a room with two separate small beds for me and my wife.

This hotel location is very good, 10 min to the airport, lots of restaurants and cafes around, 5 min walk to ELKORBA which is a very good place at night.Clean rooms with dated furniture in good condition, familiar staff, and good serviceGood for short stay
