    I booked a room & i told them the time i will check in Then when i arrived i found that they cancelled my booking & give the room to another person And there is no any other rooms Even they didn’t try to find a solution Very unprofessional stuff with very bad attitude 👎🏻

    Visit Cairo every couple of years and always stay here. Good, safe location. Staff are fantastic- warm and welcoming and very helpful and attentive. Rooms are a good size. Very clean and good bathrooms and shower pressure. Thank you Havana hotel!

    We have stayed at the Havana Hotel a number of times over recent years and never hesitate to return. The staff and management at Havana are one of its strongest assets. Always super helpful, friendly and efficient. It’s location in Syria St in Mohandeseen is another draw card with so many fantastic shops and restaurants (I like the barber shops too, the best shave and haircut you can find!). The rooms and bathrooms are well above standard for a 3star hotel in my opinion. Good restaurant and shisha bar on site, licensed bar, and great coffee.

    Great location in Mohandisseen. Shops, banks, restaurants nearby. Rooms are a good size and very clean and well equipped. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good, plentiful breakfast. A great place to stay. Highly recommend.

    After a long trip from Australia the driver was at the airport as planned and was very friendly and knowledgable. Hotel was good quality for a lead in hotel. Staff were very friendly and the room was ample in size and comfort. Very pleasant start to our holiday.
