Location

The hotel enjoys a perfect location in the centre of the business and commercial district of Cairo, very close to Cairo's many cultural and tourist attractions. It is just 20 km from Cairo International Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 715 rooms located in a 40-storey main building and a 7-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Further services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. The congress service offers support with all aspects of event organisation.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds are available upon request for a fee. A minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa and aromatherapy. A kids' club and live music are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room and a lobby bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (a buffet and air conditioning). Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. In addition to breakfast, the hotel also offers lunch and dinner à la carte. Special meals, including halal food, are also available. For an extra fee, non-alcoholic beverages are available.

    Had a great time at Hilton Nile grand hotel. The staff were very helpful especially Amr Rashad and Baha’a El Sayed. Would greatly recommend staying here for a vacation in Cairo. Views are spectacular

    Most impressed is the restaurant Assistant Outlet Manager Mr Moustafa Smany. He is very helpful in all requests. He helped our group to celebrate one of our member's birthday during dinner on 23 May. I told him that evening before dinner, he responded swiftly and prepared 2 nice birthday cakes with names. I lost my phone and he tried to help me to sort it out so that I could find it. I would like to express my heartfelt thank to Mr Smany. I would like to thank the chef Sherifa and Moussa as their team as well. Wish your hotel success in business with more helpful and trustworthy staff as Mr Smany and his team.

    I would like to share my experience at the hotel. Everything was exceptional. The service was truly five-star, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations.
