    Welcoming and comfortable. The health club is cozy, relaxing and foot massage was wonderful. The crew is helpful , friendly especially Aya in the health club and the thw massage therapist

    First of all I would like to thank all the hilton staff for their friendly atmosphere and warm hospitality especially, madame aya adel at the health club for her great help as it was the first time for me to experience the spa and she stayed with me the whole time she insisted to enjoy the sauna and sitting on the pool she really made my day. Also, I would like to thank the breakfast staff for their hospitality and great help. They always said at your service with a big smile. At the end, I would like to thank the floor supervisor mohamed hussein and Ramadan abdelaziz as they did their best to enjoy my stay at the room. They solved all the problems and did everything I need. Moreover, I lost my stick and they found it and for the laundry team for their attentiveness and quick service. Finally, I would like to thank all the hilton staff for providing me with an exceptional experience during my stay.
