    Unprofessional – Hotel Closed With No Notice

    We booked this hotel directly through their official website in August for two stays during our Thailand trip (Nov 1–3 and Nov 9–11). After a 13-hour flight, we took an hour-long Grab ride to the property, only to find the entire hotel closed, driveway blocked, and a security guard showing us a printed notice on a clipboard stating the hotel closed September 8 for renovations and rebranding. Even our driver was shocked and confused.This hotel never sent us a single email, message, or notification that they were shutting down for renovations. So they closed after we booked, never informed their paying guests, took our money, and simply expected people to show up to a locked gate?To make it worse, a lady from inside the building came out and told us to “try Booking.com for a refund,” even though we booked directly with them. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional.Because of their incompetence, we were stranded in the rain with our suitcases, walking to five different hotels, all fully booked and left scrambling to find last-minute accommodations during Thailand's peak season.We emailed the hotel immediately that day to request refund for both of our reservations. They didn’t reply until November 11, the very end of our trip. Their response? A copy-and-paste email starting with “Dear Valued Guests, warm greetings…” followed by a long paragraph thanking us for our “continued trust and support” and saying the hotel had been closed since September for renovations. THE SAME NOTICE THE SECURITY GUARD HAD US READ. No explanation for why they never notified upcoming reservations. No responsibility taken. No urgency. And now that everyone is posting Google reviews about their recent experiences, they have since turned off their posting! Shocking!This was hands down one of the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, and poorly managed hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. Even if they reopen under new management or a new name, I would avoid this place at all costs. Seek accommodations at the Holiday Inn if you’re staying in Sukhumvit area. They took us in right away.

    Terrible, nil communications, no refund - they're happy to leave booked customers in the lurch

    I booked in late July 2025 - and paid in-full - for a mid-Sept 2025 4-night stay. On 8 Sept 2025, I received an email saying the hotel was rebranding but "You don’t need to do anything... Everything about your booking and the address of the property remains the same". This was untrue, as I discovered on arrival. Given the above email, we arrived assuming the hotel was open - but it wasnt - see pics. This left us stranded at 10pm at night having to pay extra for a late booking elsewhere. The owners obviously dont have much concern for customer experience. We were left in the lurch, financially and logistically. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. A considerate hotel would have emailed customers saying the hotel was closed and refund us beforehand - so we could book elsewhere. But they didn't have the decency to do this. We have never even been contacted by the hotel afterward and never received a refund from them or any compensation. Booking.com did refund us however. It is not clear why the hotel failed to respond to multiple web chat and email enquiries, before and after arrival. Why couldn't they even respond? Very very disappointed. AVOID.

    The hotel was very clean. The Reception team was very nice people and I have a misunderstanding in the beginning because of the language but everything is fine. I recommend this hotel. It’s really nice and very clean. I stayed there the second time for us everything is nice

    A very good centrally located star hotel in business area.It has vergreat ambience very professional staff and big rooms. The food is good there is a 24 hours professional spa with a nice swimming pool. In sukhamvit area this is such a real deal.

    I booked pre paid room only rate via Booking. Com. When I checked in the young kid on reception insisted that I pay extra for my wife as their rules state you pay per person! Be careful of this. I got my money back the next morning after escalating to the manager who was off when I checked in. In addition, our shower was broken, as was the toilet. The rooms are tired looking. There are plenty other better options nearby, even if you pay a little extra, it is worth it.
