Location

This hotel affords an ideal location at the heart of the popular tourist area of Giza, around 5 km from the centre of Cairo. The world-famous pyramids, ancient monuments considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World, lie around 6 km away and Cairo airport is about 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

153 rooms and 8 suites are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by 8 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 4 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features.     Hospitality at its Best and a Wonderful Stay Thanks to Ghada and the Team

    My stay at Amarante Pyramids was very pleasant and comfortable. I was truly surprised how the staff were warm, attentive, and honestly just good people who cared about making guests comfortable.What really made a difference was the hotel manager, Ghada. She personally made sure I was getting the best the hotel could offer. Super polite, incredibly courteous, and truly kind. She checked on everything herself, and you could feel how much pride she takes in her work.The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely kept.All in all, I really appreciated the way Ghada and her team handled everything. I rarely write reviews, but this stay deserved it. I’d definitely come back.

    Terrible and shabby

    A terrible hotel! Very old and shabby. No breakfast with the room and it is expensive around 650 Egyptian Pounds and it is below average. The staff are rude especially at the security and reception area. Elevators are old and scary most of the building is old and shabby. The rooms are terrible the towels are worn out. For late check out you have to pay 200 for each hour for a hotel that isn’t worth it! The location also is bad. I will never book in it again!

    Racist waiter in the hotel restaurant

    The hotel restaurant waiter is racist. I was having dinner in the restaurant and there was a waiter passed me yelling “China, China” in a strange and discriminative way. I asked a guy looks like the manager what’s wrong with China. The manager said to me that the young waiter was referring to the porcelain not the country, which obviously was a denial of their racist behavior.餐厅服务员歧视中国人。我在用餐时有一个年轻的男性服务员经过我身边时用一种奇怪且歧视的语气大喊“China，China”。然后我当时就问中国怎么了，一个像经理的人出来说他指的是瓷器而非国家。显然是看我要发火了，开始抵赖。中国人别来！

    Amarante Affordable and Fantastic

    This hotel was surprisingly delightful. I had emailed them ahead of time and all my requests were graciously approved! We arrived late and we were welcomed by Aly Mohamed and he was very polite and welcoming. The front area of hotel is stunning and full of fine marble and woodwork! They took our luggage and took it to our room which was right off the pool like we requested. Beautiful historic decor. Comfort and style. Our stay included breakfast which consisted of traditional and international. It was extremely delicious and such a great variety. Fresh and tasty! I loved the Ful! The restaurant staff were amazing and treated us like royalty. Beautiful ambiance and we ate supper there twice as well. No complaints at all. The price was was unbelievable affordable!Also the location is in Giza close to the busiest street where you can walk, shop, eat, drink fresh juice and amazing coffees! The people of Egypt are amazing, friendly and kind! Thank you to Almed Ehab - duty managerAnd Mohamed Elsayed who ensured everything was perfect for everyone We will return

    Friendly services. Some parts of the hotel were good. Some certainly need repairs. Very old fashioned rickety lift. No hot water especially in the mornings. Breakfast was good. Good location. Good amenities nearby. East to visit Ghaza pyramids. WiFi was hopeless.
