    Perfect room: large bay window, beautiful bathroom, lovely and understated decor. The only downside: poor soundproofing, as the hotel is located near a major road.Restaurant: We only had breakfast. It was decent with a good selection. We missed having powdered juice instead of fresh fruit juice.It's a shame to have to walk 500 meters to the water park with slides when it's only 100 meters as the crow flies from the hotel.It was particularly cold in the hotel when the air conditioning was on.Impeccable service, whether in the restaurant, for the room, or at reception. Kindness and professionalism.

    I booked this hotel expecting a five-star experience, but I was very disappointed. • Rooms and bathrooms need renovation. • Room service is unresponsive and ignored my calls. • Breakfast is very basic and most food is not fresh. Paper cups for juice and hot coffee or tea Honestly, this hotel does not deserve five stars; it would be more accurate as a three-star hotel.

    The Jewel Sports City and Aqua Park offered a remarkable experience for us as a family. The rooms provided were comfortable and well-maintained for a pleasant stay. I cannot praise the housekeeping staff enough. Amr especially ensured rooms were cleaned and his attention to detail was immaculate! We enjoyed the various amenities available, including the sports city and aqua park. The overall atmosphere created a memorable and enjoyable experience. Shout out to all staff who made this a fun and relaxing holiday for us. We will definitely be returning!
