    Good hotel, staff showed commitment for guest satisfaction ( specially Baha’ - front desk manager).Safe and secured property, breakfast is good.Rooms are spacious Great location Highly recommended Nearby restaurant Al Sabbahi is the best is town.There is also MY Gym around the corner for 70 lira ( 5 dollars) per visit

    the hotel is in a calm area if you are to travel for business or work. but it is away from areas of entertainment. the reception is beautiful. they accept cash money only. they told me that they do not accept credit card.the room was average area. good illumination and clean. the restaurant is wonderful. but their breakfast is not for value of money you pay. it is considered expensive hotel comparing with its location. the hotel has no stars ( I do not know why ) but we can say it is 2 or 3 stars if assessed.

    the hotel is poor, the bathroom need a lot of work fixing all things, the location is great, the hotel staff are very good and tried their best to make us comfortable. I did not try the restaurant or the cafe. the wifi worked well at the beginning but it was not working at all at the end.

    I've stayed in this hotel for two nights.I think the title sums up the experience. By saying "typical Egyptian" I don't mean by that a good thing at all. From the moment you enter this hotel, the security man starts to follow you until you give him tips. The receptionists are anything but helpful, they take along time to finish the check-in measures. I told them to fix the wi-fi but they said OK and then didn't. A receptionist tried to convince me to book another room because it was much more expensive. The air conditioner was making a horrible sound and it was directed just in front of the bed so I tried covering it with a towel to avoid the air flowing from it. The lighting of the room was faint and inappropriate and this affected my studying for the exam.

    Now I am not a hotel snob and have stayed in plenty of 3 star hotels but really this needs to be stripped off Expedia website!!!!!Every room in this place has twin beds.. Apparently not any room has a "queen bed" like what I actually booked.The elevator looks like it belongs to a council estate in the middle of Peckham, the rooms seem to have some sort of wire hanging from the ceiling which is clearly a health and safety risk.On the Expedia site it states "free toiletries" well the bathroom is so empty I even had to ask for toilet paper!!!!!! So I'm not sure if they understand what toiletries actually are?The "included breakfast" was absolutely abysmal!!! I have attached a photo of the bin that is next to the food, there is so many flies in the breakfast room that I wouldn't even risk touching the food... The breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, sliced cucumber and tomatoes, some random slices of cheese and stale bread buns... And and some butter an jam!!!! And whatever extras the flies leave for you before you pick up your food lol.The staff are lazy and unhelpful, when we complained about the aircon not working they hesitated for about an hour before moving us to the room next door which had a working air con.So all in all I did not get what I paid for, Expedia have a very inaccurate description on this hotel and one majorly hacked off customer!!!!
