    Exceptional Service Across Multiple Stays

    We stayed at Le Méridien Cairo Airport three separate times during our Egypt trip, and the hotel ended up becoming a very welcome and familiar “home base” between different parts of our journey.What impressed me most was how smoothly the team handled a fairly complicated setup for our group. We had 7 travelers across 4 rooms, with different arrivals, departures, and billing arrangements over multiple stays. Despite that complexity, everything stayed organized and calm from beginning to end.I especially want to recognize Aly Khairy and Mohamed Emad at the front desk. Both were incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the trip. They assisted with check-ins, check-outs, room coordination, billing questions, and all the little moving parts that come with group travel. Every interaction felt efficient but also genuinely warm and welcoming.The hotel itself is extremely convenient for Cairo Airport, especially Terminal 3, but what really made the difference for us was the consistency of the service. After long travel days around Egypt, it was such a relief returning somewhere that felt easy, comfortable, and well managed.As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I stay in Marriott properties often, and this was one of the better airport hotel experiences I’ve had. The team really deserves recognition for how hard they work and how well they take care of guests.Thank you again to Aly Khairy, Mohamed Emad, and the entire Le Méridien Cairo Airport team for helping make our trip so memorable.

    An excellent hotel, with many facilities. Extremely clean and pleasant appearance, and excellent, welcoming staff. Reception very welcoming and efficient on arrival, and checkin very quick.We were given a room change at our request, and with availability of rooms with our preferred view, we were very quickly accommodated and assisted to move rooms to our preferred side of the hotel, giving ourselves and son rooms on the same floor and vicinity. Nothing otherwise wrong with the room. Buffet breakfast had plentiful choice, food was fresh and well presented. Sports bar good but air conditioning too harsh for us and others. Staff pleasant and helpful, and thank you to Asmaa our room attendant who kept our room immaculately clean and tidy throughout our stay. Always pleasant smiling and welcoming. Also a big thank you to Gloria, Guest Relations Manager who helped to make our stay such a good experience, and ensured that our stay was as good as it possibly could be, ensuring that any issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. This was our second stay at this hotel snd I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those like ourselves who were only staying for a short visit. It was a haven for relief from the noise, hustle and bustle of the busy city, and it is very easy and inexpensive to take taxis to anywhere within the city. We stayed on the fourth floor overlooking the pool, and couldn’t hear the planes at all, and would definitely stay there again.

    We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Le Meridien, Cairo Airport. We were always well greeted by Mohamed Magdy and Ahmed Hussin for a delicious breakfast. They even helped us discover the best Egyptian breakfast options. We were treated to an amazing dinner at China Red with service for a large party of 18 managed very well by Tamer! We are grateful that his electric personality kept us laughing all night. Thank you for the violin playing. The rooms are specious and lovely, everything was top notch and we are so grateful!
