  I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Due to the war situation affecting travel at the time of my booking, I was unable to reach the destination. Instead of offering any flexibility, the hotel refused a refund, refused to change the dates, and even refused to provide a voucher. They simply marked the reservation as “checked-in,” although I never arrived.This shows a complete lack of understanding and support toward guests facing serious external circumstances beyond their control. I expected at least a minimum level of cooperation, but none was offered.Very poor customer service and zero flexibility. I cannot recommend this hotel.

  The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast spread is not expansive but it’s delicious. They have a short ferry ride to the beach from the hotel or you can just walk it down it takes roughly 10 mins of you’re walking. The in house restaurant has a nice vibe at night and they stir up pretty awesome cocktails. We were in the room with the plunge pool with a view of the mountains. Overall definitely an awesome place to stay in.

  The hotel is very basic. The breakfast is very repetitive and not a lot of choice. Poorly signed and as it is a bit of a labyrinth takes ages to go from A to B as there are hardly any signsNot proper for handicapped people as there are so many stairsOnly 1 towel per person per day: so you shower and wash you hair and you can’t have an extra towel to dry your hair or your hands. Bit sadI was totally eaten up by mosquitoes as the room is not sprayed (no matter how many times I asked)Even thou you have to pick the boat to go to the beach it’s totally worth itThe little bar at the beach that belongs to the hotel is great and the girl working there is amazing!!!Not that much to do and see around and the restaurant at the hotel is quite poor…Maybe it good for young people and a couple of nights but o would not recommended it for a bit older peopleIt’s needs urgently some reconstruction workWouldn’t go back

  Wonderful property with mouthwatering food outlets

  Love the property. Care has been taken to build around the natural habitat. Very calming and offering good privacy. The private beach is quiet and nice. Food at Baan Tak-Leua restaurant was something my family and I would go back for. Wonderful breakfast too with several hot stations which I felt was a tad too much but one can see that the management has taken care to offer its guests a good experience
