    I just checked in this hotel and the staff was very kind to me and responsive since the beginning .The staff was responsive and attentive exceeding my expectations.The rooftop (and some rooms) offers a mesmerizing view over the Pyramids.100% recommended.

    The hotel picked us up free of charge even after missing a connection flight. Views of the pyramids were stunning from both the room and the restaurant and the rooftop Breakfast was good for the price you pay. With accommodations for if you leave early. Staff was always pleasant and happy to help Allowed us to leave out bags the day check and come and collect later at night. Had champions league football on in the restaurant.

    The worst stay I ever had. I’m surprised the hotel even has positive reviews. I booked a room with city view, please see in the photo the horrible view I had from my window. The window in the room is placed at around 175cm on the wall, so I had to climb on the bed to actually be able to look outside. The hotel was noisy the whole night and I couldn’t sleep at all - there is a constant humming, staff talking and walking around. In the morning the cleaning staff doesn’t bother whether guests are still sleeping, they will start cleaning the vacant rooms making as much noise as possible, hitting things on the wall, dragging furniture and shouting things to each other. The shower support in my room was broken so I had to hold the shower head to be able to shower, and when I mentioned that at check out, I got a dismissive look followed by “ok”. The common areas are all dusty and dirty.The restaurant where the breakfast is served is also dusty and obviously not cleaned frequently. I got served a half banana for breakfast, a strange omelette and some packed food along with plastic cutlery. I only ate the food that was packed as the rest of the food didn’t seem to be safe to consume.This is a low budget hotel, but given what’s offered and the service, it is actually pricy. My expectation when booking this place was that I would be able to rest and would have a clean accommodation with an acceptable view. I was not able to rest at this place, it was not clean and even showering was a hassle. The hotel advertises rooms with a decent view, and what I had was a view to what seems to be the area where garbage and old furniture is thrown and forgotten.

    Amazing view of pyramids, very good food

    Me and my fiance were trying to find a place with good food and a decent view of the pyramids. We managed to found The Rooftop Restaurant at Marvel Stone Hotel and I can assure anybody that there is the best food and best view's. Our waiters, Azim, Mohamed and Omar were very attentive and polite. The chef, Aam, cooked gor us thr most amazing chicken strips that you can find in Egypt and one thing that most of the restaurant gets it wrong are the chips, well in this place I guarantee fresh chips cooked amazingly.If we ever come back to Egypt, 100% we will be staying here.Many thanks to all the team!

    Great place to stay if you want to visit the pyramids.

    We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The view of the pyramids is amazing and the staff are really helpful and friendly. It's a great location for visiting the pyramids which the ticket and entrance is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also plenty of ATM's and pharmacies close by. The hotel organised a tour for us, picked us up from the airport and dropped us back to the airport.The restaurant food is pretty good too.
