377 rooms are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     It’s a mess. Construction work, dirty, either boiling or freezing water in the shower. Found somebodies hair clip under the bed covers, and you can’t hold the stair banister because it’s so dirty. There are heaps of beautiful hotels in Cairo. Do not stay here.     Egypt was one of the holiday destinations in my bucket list for a long time and i am glad I picked pyramisa suites hotel, I loved the 24hr services, the locals shops close by also the river nile is few minutes away.     The stay was terrible in terms of the hotel staff's treatment.On the first night, we weren't given the suite we had booked online because, according to the receptionist, it was fully booked and we were given a smaller suite, When we moved to our booked suite the following day, there were frequent malfunctions in the air conditioning and bathroom, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the city center and the Nile River.
