This elegant luxury hotel lies at the heart of Cairo on the eastern bank of the River Nile. The hotel affords a glorious view of the city, the Nile and the Pyramids. Facility

834 rooms, including 67 suites and 501 double rooms, are located on 36 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     We enjoyed the food at breakfast and one server name Donia helped our table 😀 super friendly, grad to talk to her because we do not have chance to talk to local. Now I made at least one friend in Egypt.3 days, we had Daaa at reception, she also greeted us in Japanese, made us really pleased that her efforts to connect visitors. Both had great smile. I love young employees try to make hotel better. Thanks.
