    This hotel is great. Egyptian standards are different to the EU so some of the finishing touches to buildings and facilities are less than perfect, but the staff are incredibly helpful, the rooms spacious and air conditioned, the pool is comfortable and well organised. The location is exceptional. Breakfasts were nice. Order the omelette! Merna was particularly helpful with ordering taxis, printing boarding passes (yes Sharm El Shambles requires printed boarding passes and BTW is the worst airport I’ve been to. Ever!), and generally helping with a smile. Well done Merna and thank you!!We’d definitely come back to Red Sea Relax!!

    ⸻A very clean hotel located right by the sea, in the most desirable area of Dahab – Lighthouse.Ahmad, Diana, and the staff create a warm, family-like atmosphere, take care of every little detail, and respond to every request at any hour of the day.The room is spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and excellent air conditioning.Ali, one of the staff members, is welcoming and kind, and happily responds to every inquiry and request.This is my fourth time at this hotel, and the experience just keeps getting better.Highly recommended!

    A great place to go for a relaxing and enjoyable time in the sun. Far from commercialised, it is a quiet and restful destination.All the staff are super friendly and helpful, usually resolving any issues within minutes, particularly Ahmed and his team on reception. They are very knowledgeable on the local area and its attractions.Food for all tastes is catered for with an international menu to choose from.Rooms are simple, but very clean and well-maintained. At under £50 per room, including breakfast, it makes for a very affordable destination.There are plenty of local reefs for snorkelling and boat trips to more distant locations can also be booked from reception.

    We booked the room for one night only because our bus was going to leave 11 pm so were not going to continue even till the morning. So around 14:00 3rd april we moved from our original hotel that we spent our original stay because only it was far. and we just put the bags in the room in red sea relax and we used the room for only toilet needs and praying and to store insuline pens. We were 4 people 2 married couples. So along the day we had some out of hands circumstances and we couldnt proceed to our bus at 11 pm. So the 2 females spent the rest of the night in the room and the 2 males booked another hotel for the night.When the 2 females went to the hotel back at night there was no one in the reception desk. So we couldnt even mention the changes to anyone (not our fault that there is no proper security in this place)So as we had heavy bags the next dayAt 9 AM 4th of April. The 2 Husbands went upstairs to get the heavy bags down. So finally when were doing the check out the receptionist went angry that we didnt inform her we spent the night till morning.And she accused us that we have spent the night all 4 of us together !!! Which could put her in serious legal actions.And she said its our fault that we didnt inform the hotelAnd again there was no one and we were very late at night when we returned back. I swear untill before checkout i was saying i kinda liked the place and i would go back for proper vacation.But after the lack of security and the non sense accusation its absolutely unacceptablePS: The room was extremly small and had one queen bed so it barley fit the 2 women which was ok as it was last minute change and we settled.2- the place is extremely noisy and the room service were very loud while closing and opening the doors all around the place so you can hear what ever is happening outside.

    Decent but no peace and quiet

    Decent rooms with TV and coffee machine but not soundproofed and all rooms very close to pool. Kids screaming and yelling in pool all day up until 10pm (even though hotel told me closes pool at 9). Also quite a few adults hang around drinking and loud as well...you hear everything from non-soundproof doors....so if you want to peave and quiet and relax and wake early or diver as I am, this is not the place for you
