Location

Conveniently located on the western bank of the River Nile, this hotel is only a few minutes from Cairo's opera house, the Mohamed Mahmoud Khalil Museum and one of the important shopping centre's in the city. In addition, the Egyptian Museum is also within easy reach (2 km). The pyramids at Giza and the Sphinx are roughly 12 km away and the nearest stop for public transport is only steps away (100 m).

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 26-storey building with 8 lifts and 650 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Amazing hotel with the best staff. They are always welcoming, smiling and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is over the top good with amazing selections.     Unpleasant Scam by Marriott

    I have traveled for 3 days as a tourist to see the pyramids and unfortunately I lost 1 day waiting this hotel to refund my money for the booking they denied, I do understand whatever regulations they are attached to, but as I asked since arrival what was the best way moving forward as if they will not provide the service and they advice me to contact the OTA to cancel and they will go ahead with the refund, since one week ago I am waiting for them to answer and just hiding from my messages, worth to say the travel agency will do anything I their hands to reach a deal for me as I am a platinum valuable member, there is a front office manager with the name of Mahmoud who has been avoiding the customer service and impeding the things to happen, I am as well a Bonvoy Gold member and I know very well Marriott company values and this hotel is not up to the standards and what the brand stand for, completely different and opposite, of you have a travel soon to Egypt, avoid this place, it is a big scam and rude customer care, the General Manager should look after his departments and start to look after the guests Hotel Management, Owner at Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest , Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback.
