    This hotel is convenient for the airport and affordable. The interior is very good with a luxurious feel. The rooms are spacious and the food is lovely. Don't be put off by the external area because once inside it is another world.

    Very average hotel nothing like a 5 star standard. Rooms are massive and so are the bathroom. Neat and clean. Food is absolutely crap though cheap in price . Hair came out of our hot chicken wings which really put us off. Breakfast is ale carte not buffet . Location wise its closer to Cairo int Airport so not ideal for those seeking some tour around the main attractions which are closer to Nile will take on an average 25-30 mins to get to the main attractions in Cairo . Hotel room view was nothing great . Staff was average but lacked English .

    A shadow of its former self?

    This alleged 5-star hotel is a shell of its former self - any awards and great reviews it received are a relic of the past. Housed in an abandoned mall near the airport, this property has fallen into some tough times by the looks of it. There are some touches and furnishings which demonstrate former elegance and luxury, but it is in desperate need of a deep clean, some paint, and a lot of TLC. Staff are eager and incredibly friendly for the most part, and there are some signs on some of the bed furnishings that they are, let’s say, ‘well used’. As other reviews mention, expect a premium on your room service order - our £380 LE order was bizarrely £566 LE, taking into account 12% service and the unexplained “applicable taxes and charges”. There is not really any food around unless you want to walk through an area that is a giant construction zone, local food delivery apps only take Egyptian cell numbers to verify your order, so you’re a captive audience. Stay here for one night if you need to get to the airport early, or just pay a tiny bit more and stay at the Le Meridien at Cairo Airport. Having said that, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and the pillows were great, and the fries that came with our dishes were fresh and crispy.

    check-in was perfect, all information was given upon check-in and the receptionists were very friendly, we got a free upgrade to the “Sophia Suite” which was beautiful, bellman was directly present when you check-in to help us with the luggage. Room service was quick and very tasty food Extra plus for the bed sheets which are so soft and confortable, I slept really good Definitely come back to this hotel !

    This is a good budget 5 stars hotel close to the airportService is very good, very helpful staff Breakfast was very good also The hotel is attached to a small mall which is nice Rooms are large and clean but very old, All rooms have the same view of some other unfinished building. They do have a nice pool on top
