Location

Facility

645 rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a photocopier.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. For young travellers, children's beds can be provided. A safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A telephone, satellite television, a games console and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The pool complex, which includes 8 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub (no extra charge) – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The resort offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including tennis, beach volleyball and volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy horse riding. With water aerobics or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, kayaking and parasailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a hydrojet massage and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Third-party operators offer a beauty salon. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, smoking area, à la carte and air conditioning). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch (as a buffet and a set menu) and dinner (a buffet, à la carte and a set menu) offer something for everyone. There are meals available for those with special dietary requirements: diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and halal food. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    4th visit and no end in sight

    This was our 4th stay at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh and I can highly recommend staying here! It is located directly on the beach and just a few minutes from the airport. It is a 5.5 or even 6 Star hotel that lives up to all expectations! I have been to a lot of 5 Star All inklusive resorts across the world and can assure you that Baron Palace will be THE place to stay at! Great property as it is very clean and looked after ( especially the gardens!). The highlight- however- has been the newly opened Serene Bar & Restaurant. Design and location are great. The BEST was the excellent and for ever unforgettable service at Serene Bar during the day. The captains/ staff working there were probably the kindest I have ever met travelling the world…. it truly was amazing!First and foremost I want to thank Captain Abo Alhassan ( pictured below) for his professionalism during our stay. He is liked by every single guest and a true legend! Whoever may read my comment from management, please honor his tireless effort! If you ever read this, Abo Alhassan, thank you! We can’t thank you enough… Most of the staff working at Serene (16 years +) are working at the Asian Restaurant in the evening and are doing a wonderful job. It has been our absolute favourite eating at Serene & the Asian Restaurant! Highly recommended! Again, the food is amazing and the service/ staff is even better! Keep it up! Just a few reminders:The Baron App is not up to the mark and does not show the animation/ shows correctly. There ought to be more effort to be put into Volleyball ( finding people!) and the correct and even(!) amount of Boccia balls. The boats ought to be repaired… as we would have liked a nice trip in Sahl Hasheesh Bay! Animation team however is great!Summary:- spotless Resort with excellent service!- Serene Bar and staff being employed over there the best! Abo Alhassan is a true legend! - all in all a very high standard with free massage, hair cut, laundry! Keep going, Baron Palace! Thank you for everything!
