Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, active holidaymakers, club holidaymakers and families, this resort is located in Makadi Bay and is right by the sea. It is about 35 km to the centre.

Facility

The club was modernised in 2019. Units include 444 rooms located in a 3-storey main building and an auxiliary building. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available.

Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. Sport

The pool complex, which includes 8 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. The club offers a range of outdoor sport, including bocce, beach volleyball and volleyball or, for a fee, tennis and archery. With windsurfing or, for a fee, kitesurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, sailing, snorkelling, diving and parasailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy dining in the cosy atmosphere of the 3 restaurants (a buffet and à la carte available). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We had a wonderful stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Makadi Bay. Everything was perfect, from the excellent service to the warm hospitality of the staff.A special thank you to Chef Fathi for the delicious food and his outstanding attention to guests. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Hossam, Front Office Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and continuous support throughout our stay. Special thanks as well to Mr. Moustafa, Reservation Manager, for his excellent assistance and outstanding service.Many thanks also to Mr. Amr, Bar Manager, and his team for their excellent service, friendly attitude, and great hospitality.We truly enjoyed our vacation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.     Excellent resort with beautiful pools, a clean beach, and amazing snorkeling. The staff were very professional, friendly, and spoke many different languages, which made communication easy and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

    We had an amazing stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Hurghada! Everything was wonderful . the staff, the service, the atmosphere, and all the activities. The photos and memories we got were absolutely beautiful. A special thank you to Gerhard from the Photo Team, who was simply the best! He was professional, friendly, and made every photo session fun and memorable. Thanks to him, we have incredible pictures to remember our vacation. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

    Repeater guest won't come again

    A repeater guest won’t come again Not the first time but will be the last.I visited the property for a family vacation during May2026Overall, everything was great during my stay until checkout time, the room,service,entertainment was good but ..I requested and paid for a late checkout until 6:00 P.M, and it was confirmed. However, at 5:50 while preparing my bags, a housekeeping staff member came and asked me to leave the room for cleaning, i told him that i’am preparing to leave the room,After 1 min. after, another staff member came with the same request, This was quite impolite and very unprofessional, especially since I had already paid for the extra time, expecting privacy until my official checkout.The Shock was when i arrived at the lobby to finalize my checkout procedures and i was complaing about what happend to Mr. Hossam ismael the reception manger .. who deals with the situation with a very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional way of dealing with a repeater guest or even a first time guest .. I hope the management reviews this issue so other guests don’t face the same situation,Also Management needs to train Mr.Hossam Ismael better to deal with such situations in a more professional way.Many thanks to :Mr.Mostafa -Reservation department.Mr.Mostafa - deputy GM.The main reasturant manager.Unfortunately, i advice any future guest to avoid dealing with Mr.Hossam Ismael the reception manager so as to have a good stay at this property.
