Location

The hotel is located along the Red Sea right on the beach and near all the entertainment places with several restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs nearby. Clients can spend the day shopping and during the night there is a variety of entertainment options on offer. The hotel is 8 km from Hurghada International Airport.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 276 rooms. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services such as a safe, a currency exchange service and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests can browse a number of shops, including a supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park. Other services include a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. Other features include internet access, a direct dial telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and pleasantly heated water to ensure comfortable swimming. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and horse riding. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as water skiing, windsurfing, banana boat rides, sailing, snorkelling and diving or, for a fee, paddle boating. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, table tennis and squash. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Subject to charge: a spa. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available.

    Who said an excellent hotel need to be 5 stars?!

    Despite this hotel would not be ranked a 5 stars hotel, however, an excellent value for money!Reception is so friendly, amazingly helpful, humble with strong sense of humanity and touch of sensitivity into checking in detailsDespite hotel is old, and probably less maintained, yet, provides all what you need to have a relaxing few days at one of the best beaches in Hurghada Staff are absolutely fantastic and try their best to keep a continuous smile on your faceFood is great for what you pay, and with the value, one wouldn’t expect betterFor a reasonable decent budget, don’t miss the chance to stay a relaxing week into this hotel

    this was a good hotel , nice place , nice entertainment area , the meals are repeated but accepted , lunch and dinner are the same , they has an issue that the towels are not cleaned well so its recommended to take your own towels with you , private rooms with gardens are good and fantasy but we found some rats there so we changed it to a normal traditional room , they have a good aqua games , good parking , nice beach , the staff there is friendly but not well educated as a 5 starts hotel stuff , over all , it was a nice trip

    A mini city of 5 or 6 Huge resorts under heavy maintenance

    I hated my visit to this place, I felt deceived. Many of the pictures published by the management are old from their glory days. Most of the place is under heavy maintenance. I even invited some people important to me based of the false impression I got from the picture, then kept apologizing to them for the bad experience. food is no more than 2 stars. Staff trying their best but they are very short handed in what they are authorized to provide! the kids club and the area around it feels like the aftermath of a chemical attack .. with many lakes of green mossy sewage water in walking and playing areas.BUT, once you get the picture, and if you can eliminate the negative feelings ... you can actually enjoy what's left of it ... except for the food!The small working aqua park is not bad .. kids enjoyed it. and cried for not being able to play in the big one being fully revamped. The main available pool is big. the artificial lagoon is nice, the location is great, the beach is very long and marine life is very good.

    1. Staff only looks after you if you give them some tips.2. Breakfast,lunch and dinner - same. Coffee terrible - i could say it tasted like water from floor mop. There was nothing eatable but bread and some vegetables. 3. Room was ok, except that our bath was leaking often.. when we asked to fix it several times some guy came and put large amount of towels on the floor and thats it.4.There was no wifi anywere.5. Pool and its slides were nice.No ofence but there must be a lot of changes in kitchen and staff to be 5 star hotel!I would rate this hotel as 2 or 3 star. If you can go somewhere else then GO!

    A Very big resort but most of it is derelict. Massive swimming pool with water slides. Private beech. Good location. Excursions arranged. Poor entertainment. No information given about activities. Rooms are not great but ok.
