Facility

The resort welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with a lift and 401 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 5 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball, volleyball and fishing are available. With windsurfing, motorboat rides, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The surroundings of the resort offer an ideal environment for skiing. Ski passes are available locally. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including squash, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. The resort offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include 6 restaurants, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    The hotel was in no way all inclusive. The hotel had sufficient facilities, room was adequate but the food was distinguishing and the same day in day out. There was no drinks in the room so spent £100 on soft drinks (I'm a non drinker). Wasn't allowed to leave the bar with the free drinks. Couldnt fill up used bottles of coke so had to buy.Entertainment was discusting ive heard better drunk karaoke.Majority room cleaners, pool and restaurant staff were fantastic but reception staff were unhelpful and disgusting attitude. Luckily the Italian restaurant wasn't too bad as i ended up paying for pizza every .Description of hotel was no where near the all inclusive that was sold!!Not only this!! You will make a complaint and they will give you a disclaimer form to sign that you HAVE to sign that you wont take the complaint further!!     Great Hotel, rooms dated.

    First impressions weren’t great. Arrived close to 11pm and was greeted by our holiday rep who helped us check in and arranged a light dinner in the main restaurant, so far so good. Eventually got to the room exhausted, this is where the hotel is lacking a little, room is very dated, air conditioning is very loud but luckily we all managed to get a sleep. Went for breakfast the next day and the restaurant is manic but in all honesty well managed. Went have an autistic child who had no interest in eating any of the food, our rep then arranged a meeting with Chef Hani who basically arranged to cook for him every single meal. This was over and above what I would expect from a hotel like this and saved us from having to order him takeaway everyday. Every member of staff we encountered was amazing, they spent time with our kids and made them feel special at every interaction, the only exception being the barman who attempted to get my partners WhatsApp, even then, I get it, she is very attractive. Met a taxi driver, Mohamed on the first day across from the hotel and negotiated a good deal for getting around in his well looked after Peugeot 504 estate, beautiful old car. See pictures.
