Location

The hotel is located in Hurghada, Egypt. Hotel guests can reach the Madinat Makadi Souk and a shopping centre within just a few minutes. Hurghada Airport is only about 30 km away.

Facility

88 apartments and 14 studios are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. With water aerobics or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example badminton, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café, a bar, a pub and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    It’s a beautiful place with very helpful staff, was worried about communication but they rilli tried to ensure they understood us.     We had such a fantastic experience at Sarya Palms! The hotel itself and all the facilities are absolutely amazing everything is well-maintained, comfortable, and designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful all the staff were; nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile.The animation team were outstanding from morning right through to the evening. Their energy and enthusiasm never dropped, and they did a brilliant job keeping both kids and adults entertained throughout the day.A special mention has to go to Mickey Mouse and Bob, who were absolutely fantastic so friendly, fun, and full of life. They made every activity exciting and inclusive.We’d also like to give a huge thank you to Noreen at the kids club. She took such amazing care of our 5-year-old, making them feel comfortable, happy, and excited to go back every day. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our child was in such great hands.Overall, the entire team made our stay truly special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
